Instructions
Melt butter and olive oil in a large and deep pan with a lid. Brown thighs in the butter and oil in the pan. Brown onion. Mix cornstarch, gelatin, and broth concentrate into the apple juice and milk. Thaw vegetables. Remove chicken from the pan, de glaze with the liquid mixture. Bring that mixture to a simmer. Add flax oil. Return chicken and onion, and add vegetables to the pan, coating everything. Cover and either bake or simmer till chicken reaches an internal temperature of above 155F. Stir in chopped parsley and time, and hold at temperature for at least 2 minutes.
