Avacado Flat Bread: Preheat oven to 400F - Combine 1 egg, 1 medium to large ripe avacado and one cup of shredded parm/mozza/cheddar somewhat loose(do not pack in cup). - mash together until thoroughly combined. - on lightly greased cookie sheet or sheet with parchment paper, make 2 circular equal sized "pattys" to your desired size. - season to taste(everything bagel is incredible) - lightly sprinkle roasted sesame seeds and flake salt on top if desired - Cook for 20-30 minutes depending on oven, or until browned on top and bottom. add over-easy egg(any method works), ham, tomato and condiments to taste. ENJOY! Also works for sweet - add vanilla and compliant sweetener to taste. Cinnamon is also great.
