HOW TO MAKE 1 LARGE PANCAKE (1 Pancake = 88mg sodium) 1. Sift ½ cup (60g) of the mix into a measuring bowl. Add the following ingredients to the sifted pancake mix. A. ½ Tbsp Melted Unsalted Butter B. ½ tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional) C. ½ Egg (or egg white = 25g) D. ¼ cup Milk (60g) 2. Bring a non-stick pan to medium-high heat (use oil of choice). 3. Pour in the mixture, and Cook until bottom is golden brown. Drop in a few Blueberries if desired, and then flip.
