Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix meats, rice, onion, eggs, spices and half of the barbecue sauce in a large mixing bowl. Form 2 long loaves in an 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes. Using an instant read thermometer check for 145-150°F. Brush the rest of the sauce on the loaves and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until meat reaches 160°F. Let rest 5-10 minutes for easy slicing. Slice each loaf into 10 slices.
